Dear Red Hawks Women’s Volleyball Family:
Montclair State University’s Women’s Volleyball has had very successful years recently in program history. Since 2015, the Red Hawk Volleyball program has appeared in 3 out of the last 4 Conference Championship matches. Most recently, in 2018, the Red Hawks returned to the Conference Championship, posted a 20-10 overall record, and Freshman Carly Waterman was selected NJAC Rookie of the Year.
In the classroom, the team earned a cumulative GPA over 3.3 and several players where recognized during the MSU Annual Student-Athlete Night for their academic achievement that includes 3.0 club, Dean’s List, and National Honor Society.
Many factors contribute to the success of the Volleyball program. With your generosity, donations will aid our team travel for overnights to compete against nationally and regionally ranked opponents. Funds will also continue to assist our Strength and Conditioning program to cover in-season and out-of-season strength training.
With your help, we seek a return to the NCAA tournament and continue to educate highly motivated women with the desire and drive to achieve their athletic and career goals. We look forward to seeing you in one of our matches this fall. Go Red Hawks!
