Join us for the First Pitch Dinner - a celebration of Montclair State Baseball! Let's bring together past and present players, families and friends as we celebrate the 25th anniversary of the 2000 national championship team and support the program’s financial needs for the season. All funds raised go directly to offsetting our teams spring break trip to California and also purchasing needed Equipment to maximize our player development.

Keynote Speaker - Greg Belson
The winning pitcher of the 2000 National Championship game 1 vs St Thomas- Greg Belson comes back to share his experiences of what it was like being a part of the historic season. A 1st team All-American in 2000 who was drafted after the 2000 season in the 26th round by the Arizona Diamondbacks. After cementing himself in the Montclair State record books- Greg spent 6 seasons in professional baseball before retiring due to injury. He went on to become an MLB agent with ACES sports management working with some of MLB's biggest stars and furthermore started a travel baseball organization to give back to the youth in his hometown of Staten Island, New York.
Guest Speaker - Colin Brophy:
A lifelong baseball player who attended and played at George Washington University from 2017-2020. After hanging up his cleats, Colin cofounded The Futures App- a B2B SaaS startup developing software that consolidates quality player development and team management tools for amateur sports organizations. In only a few years, The Futures App has grown into a trusted tech platform used by sports organizations across North America.
