ABOUT WMSC:

WMSC-FM, Montclair’s campus radio station, is an alt rock and talk student-operated station. WMSC is once again a nominee for the prestigious 2024 National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Marconi Radio Award in the “College Radio Station of the Year” category—marking it the sixth nomination overall and fifth in this specific category. The Marconi Awards represent the pinnacle of excellence in the radio industry, and being recognized for the high-caliber, ambitious content is a testament to our students and advisors commitment to serve their local community. The station was awarded the "Best College Radio Station in Nation" in 2021.
